Hayes's 4 1/2 Amazing Things for Today

Straight from the horse's mouth.

1. Twice used his 'spicy' mouthwash rinse for 3-mississippi counts;
2. Squeezed the teats of two cows and got milk (one easy to milk and one not);
3. Peeled a cucumber without a knife (?);
4. Lillian Jorgensen came to visit and play all day;
1/2. Got out of the shower all by himself.

Skipping Stones

I had a great time at the lake this weekend, despite a fever.

The Butterfly Garden

My friend Ben invited me to go to the Butterfly Garden at the Zoo. We had a GREAT time.

We looked at the chrysalis house and how different each one is.

And we tried to coax a butterfly to land on my finger.

It finally did!!

Down On The Farm

I am on Spring Break right now. My friends and I went to the Traders Point Creamery today to see the chickens and the cows. It was a lot of fun.





We even got to see the cows get milked! I'd seen it before, but I loved it this time too.

We had an egg hunt at church -- it was so fun!

I searched for as many eggs as I could find. It was hard for mom to get a picture of me! But I got a lot of great loot....



When we got home, my cousin Elliot came over and we had ANOTHER egg hunt!



We found TONS of eggs. It was a blast!

Christmas Time Is Here

This year I helped Mimi decorate the tree. It was fun to get out all the ornaments and hang them on the tree. I like putting several ornaments on the same branch.

I made this gingerbread house when my cousins were here. It was SO much fun! They took theirs back to Chelsea to display in one of the windows on Main Street.

It was so fun opening presents with everyone! We all got Chia Pets this year!!

But the very best thing was getting a brown package with MY NAME on it (& my cousins too). It was from my Auntie Julie -- 

It had LEGOS and Webkinz inside!! COOL!

Christmas is just the best.

Webkinz World

The best part about this Thanksgiving was my cousins showing up with their webkinz!

Everyone had a laptop and his or her pet(s).

We went to one another's houses and played in the arcade and everything! It was super fun.

My mom and auntie Jody even got in on the action. They each bought a webkin for themselves!

Disney Surprise!

I didn't know that my mom and dad had planned a Disney trip for our family until we were actually on our way!

We stayed at the All-Star Sports Resort on property. We had never stayed there before. It was AWESOME! They had a huge football field with larger-than-life X's and O's! I loved playing on it every morning and evening.

I am finally tall enough to ride ALL the rides in Disney! I did them all too with my dad. We especially liked the Rockin' Roller Coaster...

Splash Mountain (we didn't even get that wet!)...

Chester and Hester's Primeval Whirl...

And Space Mountain was my favorite. I must have ridden it 4 or 5 times! My mom didn't want to do the roller coasters with me, but she did do the Triceratops Spin. It was sorta fun.

In Epcot I stopped at every Kidcot station I could find. It was really fun to color my mask.

And we even got to have a Playhouse Disney Lunch! Even though it was really loud, I got to see some of my favorite characters: the Little Einsteins!

We had such a great trip! I can't wait to do it again sometime.

This year, I decided to go as Luke Skywalker for Halloween. It really bothered me that people kept calling me Luke. But I really love my costume.


We went to our friends' house and trick-or-treated with them. It was so much fun!
